 I'm Coach Spade, Body Transformation Specialist, Nutritionist, and your new favorite person to cuss-out on the drive back home from the gym

In 2018, I was 6'3" 408lbs. In 2019, I stopped bullshitting myself and decided to shape up. Since 2021, I've maintained a healthy body fat percentage  through discipline and self understanding 

-without the use of PEDs or weight loss drugs- 

In the last 2 years, I've been fortunate enough to help over a hundred athletes stop bullshitting themselves (and lift safely or whatever


The way it works: No more wishing for it, hoping it happens, or thinking about it- we MAKE it happen over here. Whether it's:

  • I make workout plans, host virtual training sessions, and provide nutritionist services at affordable rates so you can avoid the high cost and inconvenience of in-person training (although I am a coach at a commercial gym). 
  • I hold you accountable by learning what's important to you and using it as motivation to stay focused on the results  when things get tough
  • Unlike AI apps and lazy trainers: my programs are customized to you for your goals using strategies backed by science and practical expertise.
  • I optimize your schedule over time so you see constant results while avoiding the discouraging plateaus (and boredom)  brought on by a mediocre gym routine.
