Programming-- I'll get a clear idea of your goals through a thorough questionnaire. From there, I create a personalized workout and nutrition plan tailored to your goals that's backed by science, as well as my practical expertise, and accommodated to any fitness level.
Accountability-- I keep logs of your completed workouts, track your nutrition, and make sure you keep up with your program so that you can see amazing results. You and I will have open contact through text where I can share workout reminders, tips, recipes, solve specific issues like moody or bored eating, answer questions about exercises, and cultivate a positive mindset when things get tough.
Aside from being your coach, I am also your friend and someone who cares about you. My line is always open to discuss heavy topics, just as it's always open for memes and drama updates :^)

A time efficient way to fit training into your schedule. This is a 1on1 session where I'll coach up your technique, identify and correct muscle imbalances, improve your understanding of movements and much more.
All you need is a phone and we can get to work! This option is great if you want 1on1 training, but: regularly travel for work, don't want to go to a commercial gym, have equipment at home, or simply want to avoid the high cost of in-person training.
Prices can lower when purchasing multiple sessions.
I will meet you at your home/ apartment gym or a commercial gym that let's me in on a day pass. Working together in person gives me the ability to utilize physical queues and tools which can make a big difference if you're a kinesthetic learner
If travel time exceeds 20 minutes round trip, a small travel fee may be tacked on.
